These terms govern use of the website and direct requests for Jimi’s tours, boating and transportation services.
1. Bookings and availability
All tours, boat services and transportation requests are subject to availability. A request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Jimi’s provides written confirmation.
2. Prices and payment
Published rates are planning information and should be reconfirmed for the requested date, party size and itinerary. A deposit or full payment may be required. Use only the payment method and instructions included in a verified written confirmation. This static website does not collect card information.
3. Cancellations and refunds
The tour-specific Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellation timing, refunds, customer changes and operator cancellations. It replaces inconsistent cancellation summaries that appeared elsewhere on the former WordPress site.
4. Itineraries and conditions
Routes, reef sites, wildlife encounters, departure times and stops may change because of weather, sea conditions, safety, access restrictions or operational needs. Wildlife sightings and exact conditions cannot be guaranteed.
5. Transportation requests
Provide accurate flight, cruise, hotel, passenger and luggage details. Vehicle type, driver arrangements, capacity, child-seat availability, pickup point and final price must be confirmed for the date.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide correct contact, passenger, arrival and booking information.
- Arrive at the confirmed meeting point by the stated check-in time.
- Follow crew, guide and driver safety instructions.
- Bring required identification, travel documents and personal medication.
- Supervise children and disclose relevant mobility, allergy or medical requirements before booking.
- Keep personal belongings secure.
7. Conduct and safety
Guests must act respectfully and must not endanger themselves, other guests, staff, animals or the environment. Service may be refused or ended when conduct creates a safety risk.
8. Website information
Reasonable care is taken to keep the static website accurate, but availability, prices and operational details may change. Contact Jimi’s directly to resolve any difference between a web page and a written booking confirmation.
